How to spot a solid poker player?

Math....I'll be honest it scares the hell out of me. But in order to be a solid poker player you must have a basic knowledge of it.   When you sit at a table and a player is counting his or her odds, multiplying and adding and just spitting out percentages, um yeah he or she has played before. Looks like I won't be heading to Vegas anytime soon ;) Now don't get me wrong, there is more to a game of poker than just math..phew...I was about to throw my cards down for good.


A solid poker player never plays the same hand the same way but is always confident in whichever way he/she chooses to play that hand. The key is to NOT let other players read you..to be continued...
